Jamaica, land we love?
I am not suprised at what is happening in my beloved country at this moment. If a person taught to kill, how do u think they'll behave? If the government was more concerned about elevating our country, they would build more institutions, and programs to educate the less fortunate, than to send them all to prisons. What will they learn in prison? as soon as they are extricated they will go back to the same lifestyle. I left Jamaica a year ago when I was 15 and now I see that instead us showing the world that we are beautiful, we are showing them that we are corrupted. I pray God that we realize what we are doing to each other and change before its too late.

High you are right with some of your comments. I live in the USA & I try to help my family in Jamaica. USA is just like Jamaica killing is everywhere in the world. If you add up all the killing (shooting) in the USA it maybe 3 times that of Jamaica. Jamaican in USA are face with almost the same problem as people in Jamaica - hard life, no job, no where to live, no food and racial crime from fellow blacks. If u talk different from the USA born life is somewhat HARD. DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE!
