Antigua and Bermuda Prime Minister Baldwin Spencer, was blunt, his country cannot be apart of it he says Antiguans have too many concerns about the court, which will replace the British Privy council as their supreme court. He says the Privy Councils decision to overturn 3 decisions by appeals courts in the region, have many people concerned that Caricom Leaders will use a regional court to try to get their way.
Mr. Spencer says he will have a hard time selling the court to his country
