Trinidad police charged two teenaged boys for the brutal sodomy and murder of 6 year old Sean Luke, a US citizen who migrated with his family four years ago.
The teens, 14 and 16 years old, were taken into custody last Tuesday.
They allegedly took Sean into a cane-field near his home, removed his clothing, and plunged a cane stalk into the body of the naked little boy His lungs were punctured and several of his organs damaged.
Police could not say what the motive for the crime was yesterday.
One of the boys is a distant relative of Sean, and had been living in Orange Valley for the past year.
The other, who lives at Morvant, was staying with relatives in the village for the past month.
