I think you need to re-read my comment I wrote. Not all "West Indian" culture is the same. For example, you wouldnt catch a Trini or Jamaican listening to Junkanoo Music from the Bahamas.. we don't eat the same food as each other. It's different cultures that make the "Caribbean" culture; seperate cultures forming one big culture. If Barbados bans Passa Passa, thats up to them. Like I was saying before
a. Passa Passa would be easier to ban in Barbados than in Jamaica because it's not "Bajan" Culture and doesn't have a signifcance to the people except to dance.
b. Whether the other islands choose to adopt it and use Passa Passa as a way of entertainment, thats up to them.
