Just like most medicine, if taken in moderation it will be beneficial. I smoke on the 1st Saturday of every month. Afterwards I focus,meditate,fast,and read. I'm toppa di top at my job so no man cyan ever tell me anything. Never get tired or lazy. Test my theory...In moderation & small amounts, not a whole damn blunt...Relax wit it.
