The Caricom official who is responsible for Human and Social development, has said that the region has failed in getting the HIV/AIDS prevention message across to the youths.
The Caricom official-Dr. Edward Green, who is attending a UN AIDS conference in Bangkok this week, claims that the failure is due to bad prevention campaigning. He believes that better and more creative messages will be the key to success in raising Aids awareness to youths under the age of 25.
