Tuesday, April 8, 2008

The war against Guyana's pirates of the seas is in full swing. Prosecutors in Suirname re preparing their case against 6 Guyanese nationals who have been brought in on suspiicion of piracy against local and foreign fishermen in Surinamese waters. The authorities say that the six-man gang, whose ages ranged from 25 to 35 years, had been targeting fishing boats but managed to elude Suriname police by hiding in Guyana after their attacks. But now that they have been caught, Suriname official have no intention of sending the men back home. "These men have committed crimes in Suriname waters, so it is our legal responsibility to try them here. We will not hand them over to Guyana," said solicitor-general Roy Panday. Enough is enough
Why this war because most Indians (descendent from India) in Guyana have no respect for their neighbors and they are robbers, killers etc. We Surinamese have enough even though Usa and Britain support them. They have stolen a part of Suriname and all the Surinamese from that region had to move but most of them had nowhere to go and have lost their homes.
