Minister of National Security, Senator Col. Trevor MacMillan has encouraged regional Commissioners of Police to establish an exchange program that facilitates the movement of personnel among forces to assist with fighting crime. He was speaking at the opening of the Association of Caribbean Commissioners of Police (ACCP) Annual General Meeting and Conference on Wednesday in Ocho Rios. The ACCP was formally established in 1987 and currently comprises of Commissioners of Police from 24 Caribbean countries.
