The opposition PNCR is calling on the PPP/C government to come clean about its knowledge of drug accused Guyanese Roger Khan and his activities, stating that the party could not have been unaware of his extensive narco-related activities. Khans alleged drug trafficking and crime organization activities have been coming to light in legal arguments as the US government prepares for his trial, scheduled to begin in October. Reading a prepared statement at its weekly press briefing at Congress Place yesterday, PNCR Central Executive Member Lance Carberry noted that it had been said that the organization, headed by Roger Khan had not only exported cocaine to that country but was responsible for the deaths of over 200 individuals.
