A memorandum of understanding for the temporary migration of workers to Trinidad from El Salvador, particularly in the industries of construction and tourism, has been drafted. Foreign Affairs Minister Paula Gopee-Scoon says Trinidad's Transport Ministry was also reviewing a bilateral air service agreement on the feasibility of the Central American country's flag carrier TACA airlines flying to Trinidad. These revelations came following the outcome of her meetings in the country last month. However, the draft memorandum on the migration of workers was still in the discussion mode.
