What do people do with dogs that attack people for no reason? They are put down, so that same should go for "animals" who take innocent life. The thing is, they must be proven guilty first. People are always too quick to judge and punish, but putting the animals who have been proven guilty and get go to jail to be rehabilitated is just plain wrong!
