Jamaicans, we have been through so much and we still have alot to do. Our actions as journalists (who publicize news with scare tactics),voters (who may vote based on favouritism not facts),individuals (looking to take quick solutions instead of long term benefits),we all play a role in shaping Jamaica. I am training as a teacher to come home and give back to MY country, MY JAMAICA. All I ask is we all need to build what we love and value so much. We may not be able to change other people's actions, but through ourselves we are able to influence positive outcomes, a change for the better...but it must start with each individual and not say it's the job for another. Jamaica, land we love. Truly a land where we are, out of many, ONE PEOPLE.It takes so long to build a life for it to be so easily taken away. Much love. It really hurt me to see how our runners went and did our country good and had us in good standing and because of politicians mainly, we not evening back at square one but below square one.
