Former TT prime minister, Patrick Manning, may have to stay in the US for treatment and therapy for a stroke for two months, according to Brian Manning, his son.
The younger Manning also said that his fathers condition has been improving every day. This was revealed at a fete at the San Fernando Hill hosted by the San Fernando East constituency office on Sunday, February 12.
The former prime minister suffered a stroke on January 23 at his home at Sumadh Gardens, Vistabella, San Fernando. He was warded at the San Fernando General Hospital before being taken to Washington DC by air ambulance for treatment and therapy.
