A new trail date has been set for popular dancehall entertainer, Vybz Kartel who appeared in a corporate area court along with his co-accused Andre Henry alias ?Pim Pim? and Vanessa Saddler, more popularly known as "Gaza Slim".
His trial was once again delayed due to the absence of the presiding judge and the non-disclosure of statements to the defence.
Kartel and his co-accused are to return to court on November 12.
Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, is facing the charge of perverting the course of justice.
Henry and Saddler are out on bail, while Kartel remains in police custody on a murder charge.
It's alleged that Kartel and his co-accused were a part of a plot to undermine a police investigation into the murder of Clive "Lizard" Williams.
Kartel and four other men are before the Home Circuit Court on a charge of murder in relation to the death of Williams.
