Dancehall star Vybz Kartel has again been offered bail.
But despite this the artiste would not join Busy Signal at the freedom ball as he still remains in jail where he has been since September of last year.
Last Tuesday morning, he was offered bail in the sum of J$500,000 on the charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice before the Corporate Area Criminal Court.
He is to return in January for trial.
He remains in custody on the Clive Williams murder charge.
Kartel was granted bail on March 23 in the sum of J$3M the murder charge relating to the death of Barrington 'Bossie' Bryan.
Mr. Bryan was shot dead while standing among a group of persons in Gregory Park, St Catherine in July last year.
