I used to use many different software to scan and stop the infection in my coutmper, but unsuccessful. Everytime I scan my coutmper, after 5 or 10 minutes, my coutmper is automatic shut down. I don't know why. I think the reason is because when I scan to a specific virus or spyware which is important for running other programs, the scanning software affects to them, so they cause the shutting down of my coutmper. Am I right? If so, could you help me to solve this problem, and show me another way to scan, kill and stop virus and spyware without cause shutting down coutmper?
