Incessant rains have been pummelling the island for several days. The local weather Office has warned it could result in flooding, and additional mud and landslides.
Landslides already covered the North Coast Road, parts of which caved in. Fallen trees and downed electrical lines have left many areas without electricity.
It was reported that a house at Farm Road, St Joseph, was washed away by the St Joseph River.
The warning comes in the wake of an announcement by Prime Minister Patrick Manning that $20 million had been set aside for disaster relief.

Sorry dude for not answering your quositen? Yes, I love my AT2050 and you're right getting a clean recording is contingent on other things too. Quality of interface, cables/cords (I use mogami and monster), and mixing editing. If u wanna hear the AT2035 go 2 my channel and find the My whole life audio clip. The guy on the second verse uses the AT2035. His name is Tears.? I'm sure he used it 4 his latest video, No comparison too. His channel is linked on my channel too.

stop acting selfish continued
crime n death happens everywhere so why pity us trinidadians?.. u can try to stop that but u can't try to stop a natural deaster.. all u can do is try to help the people who r suffering.. besides if u were in there position n someone else felt the same way about not helping out ..how would u feel?.. u would hate everyone else because of ignorancy?.. u shouldn't if u ever do.. u should realize that u have 1 life to live n so does everyone else.. ur not gonna take all ur money to ur grave r u?.. we need to face all the dificulties as a universe not damned the unfortunate.

stop acting selfish
i understand wat u are saying about trinidad needing finance as well but all you need is enough food to keep u alive each day n a warm place to stay..trinidadians.. no matter how poor has food everyday..well some of them n every country has poverty but wen u look at wat other countries r doing like america .. its not helping. some of these people don't have enough food to get by each day.. 1 or 2 big countries can't help alone..if everyone contributes it'll be better.. n did u ever consider about the trade market how expensive things will become now?.. alot of things u buy was made in thailand.. i'm 18 n i would prefer staying at least 24 hours without food to give my allowane to feed at least one hungry child.. how selfish could u possibly be?

Sad situation
I'm not form Trinidad but I feel deeply compelled to voice my opinion on this issue. What sense does it make for poor countries like Trinidad, Jamaica and Guyana to pledge money to the Asian relief effort when most of our population are just as poor as those who suffered in the disaster? Its a slap in the face, especially when you have developed nations such as AMERIKKKA, Europe and nations in the Middle East whose arms have to be twisted in order to get money that they are probably going to spend on their fancy cars and country clubs. In all honesty its a sad thing what happened in Asia but please remember theres an even worse tragedy happening all over Africa and no one seems to be concerned. So I beg all of these CARICOM heads of state to please get your priorities straight and start looking after your own people.
