However, they have valid reasons for not selling insurance to obese people. One main reason is that corpulent people are at high risk of dieing before the estimated life expectancy. Insurers will be taking a gamble insuring an overweight person because that person may die before making their first payment on the $10,000.00(for example) insurance they just bought and still get that $10,000.00, because they have life insurance.
