Soft-spoken, intelligent, classy and definitely beautiful all in one package describes 21-year-old Miss Grenada, Thea Duncan, who walked away with the first ever Miss Caricom International 2004 crown in a tight contest with Miss Guyana Kaye-Anne Hall in Georgetown recently.
