The drug dealers are becoming more creative in moving their merchandise out of Guyana.
Dutch authorities have seized in Rotterdam more than 1,500 pounds of cocaine with a street value of about 45 million U.S dollars hidden in a shipping container bound for Britain.
The cocaine was hidden in steel drums with molasses.
The drugs were found since June 22, but the bust was not immediately announced because of continuing investigations.
British police arrested two men in London on June 29 in connection with the shipment. No arrests were reported in the Netherlands.
According to prosecuters A sniffer dog raised the alarm during a routine check, and the container was then unpacked.
