the politicians in charge set up the system
the government has to do something for the children in jamaica. they deserved equal oppurtunities like everybody else. those politicians don't even deserve the positions they have, muchless to prevent children from having a good education. they only want to lay treasures upon treasures for themselves. what are these kids going to do without having a proper education? they are left to steal, kill, and commit other crimes. that's how the set up the system, and they set it up to stay that way. jamaica could have been a better place if the politions were concerned about each and every child's education. they are all scams. they must create a worldwide history, by changing jamaica completely. first, they can do so by giving the children of the future opportunities to have proper education. i know as a fact that some of those politions kids are dumb, and still they end up having the best jobs and the best of other things. these politicians pay they their kids way out of university, even if their kids fail.
