FBI help with Guyana murder

Monday, April 11, 2005

Seven FBI agents arrived in Guyana to assist authorities with investigations into the suspected murder of two US Missionaries.
Richard Hicks, 42, and his wife Charlene 58, from the Florida-based Wycliffe Bible Translators Society were found dead in their ranch on an Amerindian reserve in Guyana close to the Brazilian border.
Both bodies bore signs of having been bludgeoned. Mr Hick's body was also burnt beyond recognition.
The seven FBI agents arrived in response to a request for help from the Guyanese police.

Murder of US Missionaries
I personally think that they shouldn't have been there in the first place. The Guyana interior is dense forest that has a sprinkle of ppl mostle Amerindians, Gold miners, smugglers, and loggers. Every body get cross in the area since Jim Jones came down there with the same missionary profile and a mini holocost was the end result. Don't try to fool ppl and cover urselves as missionaries next time...we kno that u r the beast.
