In Guyana, Home Affairs Minister Ronald Gajraj resumed his Ministerial duties after being cleared of being involved with extra-judicial killings.
Cabinet voted unanimously to have Minister Gajraj return to the job.
The Minister was on leave pending investigations into his alleged involvement in extra judicial killings.
President Jagdeo said the Presidential Commission of Inquiry found no credible evidence of the Ministers involvement in extra-judicial killings.
