The President of Dominica arranged a meeting between Prime Minister Roosevelt Skeritt and opposition leader Edison James, to discuss concerns about lack of access to the Dominica Broadcasting Services (DBS) by the United Workers Party (UWP).
The UWP has continued to express concern it is being denied airtime on DBS ahead of the May 5, 2005 elections.
In the weeks leading up to the elections, DBS radio appears to be on the side of the ruling DLP while another radio station, the privately owned Kairi FM is increasingly viewed as backing completely the UWP.
