Relaxed Christie makes return

Monday, June 27, 2005

Bahamian Prime Minister Perry Christie is back at work. He said he feels much better after recovering from a mild stroke he suffered in early May.
Prime Minister Christie was admitted to hospital on May 3, after complaining of numbness on the right side of his body.
Doctors told the robust Bahamian prime minister that he had to slow down and make changes to his diet and lifestyle. He was later seen running near his home while recovering.

I know Mr. and Mrs. Christie quite well being a good friend of Alex(Daughter) and I was stateside when I heard of what happenedd. I felt as if it were a family member. Any way, just know that when God is for you no man is against you.

Stay strong Mr. Chrisitie and my mommy and daddy wishes you well also.

perry christie
Sad that he`s not well, buit it comes with the territory. he`s one of the few PLPs I could stomach. Unfortunately in the last election there wasnt much choice. i had more confidence in him than Tommy T. There is hope for 2007 tho, the FNM leadership elections are hot!!

Bahamas Prime minister
I wonder if he'll run in 2007. If not who will be the next leader if PLP wins?
