Ghanian president visits Jamtown

Ghanas President John Agyekum Kufuor arrived in Jamaica early this week for a three-day working visit. President Kufuor was expected to hold a series of meetings with Prime Minister P.J. Patterson, Opposition leader Bruce Golding and Transport Minister, Robert Pickersgill.
He was hosted to a private dinner by the Prime Minister and on Tuedsay was expected to tour the JAMALC facilities at Halse Hall in Clarendon.
The Ghanian leaders visit was supposed to end with a joint press conference between himself and Prime Minister Patterson.

African President's Visit to Jamaica
I Think the visit is a very good step for both nations. Both Jamaica and Ghana have historical and and Traditional links. It definitly would be great to see the two nations forge a economic and political partnership. It only makes sense.

need more info what exactly did they discuss
wow, i think it's great jamrock got a visit from an ambassator of the mother land.

Were their any talks on repartriation, or joint business ventures between Ghana and Jamaica (import,export) to increase revenues for both.
