I understand that but at the same time Haiti needs a person who will speak for all Haitians. The current leader does not have the support of the population. Part of the problem is that people see this leader as a puppet of the United States. No Country wants to be seen as some ones pet. The Bush administration perpetuated a ban on direct aid, and froze $500 million of much-needed international foreign aid for Haiti.
