On average, many of the prisoners behind bars are innocent and killing is killing, whether it is done by civilians or by our law enforcers. We must have laws in our country, I agree and people to see to it that these laws are kept but we must face it that as much as our intensions are good to detain "wrong dowers" in our country, we are going to "mess up" sometimes. Now, it is not fair for innocent people to be behind bars but we are not going to be 100% sure if these individuals are really as innocent as they say they are, so we can't just get up and kill or "hang" people because we, law upholders, feel that we have the right individual. Hanging a person who is guilty or innocent is not right and killing someone because they have "killed" is not right either. Before any decisions are made think of yourself as that individual on death row and then honestly say that death row prisoners should be hung.
