Barbados Attorney General Mia Mottley says, after pleading its best case, Barbados now has to wait for the outcome of its maritime boundary and fisheries dispute with Trinidad and Tobago.
Ms. Mottley says she's very comfortable about how the country's case was presented at the hearing before the Arbitration Tribunal at the International Dispute Resolution Centre in London.
Very limited information regarding the hearing has been released, and Ms. Mottley has explained that a gag order was imposed on the content of the proceedings until the decision is handed down. That's expected in another few months.
