ANOTHER Caribbean National this time a Barbadian has struck a century in the game of life.
Una Arnetta Eudine Edwards-Yearwood who was born in the parish of St.Peter reached the milestone this past week with friends, family, well-wishers, and a special guest, the Governor-General of Barbados Sir Clifford Husbands celebrating with her.
Edwards-Yearwood is blind and has trouble with her legs, but her memory is sharp and she has no doubt who is responsible for her long life.
"God prepared and preserved me for this very day. He put me here to show if you love and serve Him, you can live long too. God is love and He loves His children," she said.
