Cuban President Fidel Castro has called US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice "mad" after having condemned the head of the US diplomatic mission in Havana as a "little gangster".
The communist leader's latest tirade against the United States came in response to Rice's meeting last week with a US government commission intended to prepare for a democratic transition in Cuba after Castro.
The Cuban leader said it was "ridiculous for the United States to threaten Cuba now" with a transition plan, when Castro's rule had survived extreme difficulties. These include the economic collapse sparked by the crumbling of the former socialist bloc, which until 1989 provided Cuba cut-rate fuel and food.

Internet is written with the capital letter in a sentence, by the way. And hundredths are written not with a point but with a comma. This is according to the standard. And actually everything is very good..!!

Cuba & USA Relationship
I think Cuba and the USA should mend their broken fences and move on. Cuba,s style of Communism is no "Threat "to America. China cold be more devastating, they have more people and Arms. I wish President Bush would start normalizing relationship with Cuba as soon as possible. What is done, is done already, move on.

JUDGEMENT
I totally agree with you. She's another Colin Powell after they use her ; then they are going to let her go. History repeating itself in the "Dick Eye Way" .They don't like Castro because he's too good to his people and black people. They paint a picture of him so that the world would believe that he is a monster. when real ly and truely they are the monters. If you're not torturing and starving your people you can't roll with the "Worlds' Big Dogs".

Oh Please
Condoleeza Rice is a damn house nigger that needs to be shut down. Many people do not know Cuba's history and are constantly taking the side of America against Castro. Castro has done so much for his people, he has introduced programs such as the MEDICC where medical students from all over the world including Jamaica study for free, he has implemented programs to help domestic workers get better jobs. All those Cubans that are in Miami are white Cubans who are racist and controlled the country when Batista was in power and are now upset because Castro has claimed his country to be a "Latin African nation" and have given black Cubans a chance to progress. As someone of both Jamaican and Cuban (mestizo) heritage I know my history and Caribbean people need to open their eyes to what America is doing. And for the person that commented that they agree with Condi, why does America do business with China who is also a communist country who tortures their own people (Falun Gong) yet they have a problem with Castro.

EXCELLENT JOB CONDI
I believe that Madam Sec. Rice is doing a excellent job as our secretary of states. She has proven her self worthy of the U.S people trust. As the world most powerful country it is our responsibility to ensure that the smaller struggle countries are being shown a path to recovery, thus Sec. Rice is is only giving the Cuban people a positive preface of recovery after Castro.

Let Them Be
The united states has no right in meddling in the affairs of another country. It should be the responsibility of the citizens of a nation to setup their own government and govern themselves without the influence of a foreign Government. I would think that the united states has learnt from its mistakes in Iraq.

DO YOU FIRST!!!!
When the U.S can't rule another man's country they throw a "tantrum' and declare a war. Kicthen needs to be clean up in their backyard as well. Alot of the world's provocative/freaky ways started in the U.S. yes it's the land of Freedom; but the people are blowing it out of propotion now. and of course, everyone wants to live like the Americans. so everyone is engaging into "PURE NASTINESS! lThe U.S needs to leave other people business alone. if they're going to help a country, Help and that's It.
