As millions around the world celebrated the birth of Jesus, five generations of Clintons in Barbados gathered at Leotta Clinton's Crick Hill, St James home, to celebrate her 100th birthday.
It was an extra special day for Ms. Clinton, or "Baby Hurley" as she is called. All her relatives from Barbados and England, including the newest addition to the family, were in for the grand occasion.
Her twin granddaughters, Maxine Jean-Marie and Maurine Shako, recalled she made the best pudding and souse and sweetbread, all popular Caribbean dishes.
Ms. Clinton hears with her left ear only and walks with a cane sometimes; but nothing stops her from her love of singing.
