While Trinidads Prime Minister-Patrick Manning is adjusting to his new implanted pacemaker, members of his administration are asking him to pick up the Pace. Manning who was scheduled to resume office on the 18th of this month, has twice rescheduled his arrival, -causing many to question the Prime Ministers so called Improved Health and Satisfactory Condition reports. Although Trinidadians are hoping for a speedy recovery, the 58 year old, San Fernando born Prime Minister, has been asked to remain in Cuba under doctors orders.
