GCE!!! I don't know much about the CXC, however ,I think the GCE was a higher standard. I was fortunate to achieved a few passes whilst attending "St. Georges College". Children are leaving school in Ja at "16" where the system sey it cannot accomodate them any more. What should they now do? Go out a bred if you a woman,or go fire gun if you a man!! They are the same ones that pick up the guns because they didn't get the opportunity to learn in school like everybody else.
