first of all there are many reasons to why jamie cant play bob . 1. jamie's black ,bob light skin. 2. jamie dont look nottin like bob marely on bit . 3, him nuh have a REAL jamaican accent. he is just wrong PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!. another problem
i agree that Jamie Foxx would have been wrong to play Marley because he is American and full blooded Negro, but i also think that Kymani would be wrong as well. from what i understood, please correct me if i am wrong, the film would depict Marleys pre-fame days, and that would be before he became a rasta or at least the early stages of rasta, so he didn't have his dreads. last time i checked, Kymani has a full mane so if Foxx is wrong to star as him then so is Kymani. what they need to do is find a "half-cast" jamaican youth to play the role, but whether or not they could find one with the right acting skills i don't know. just food for thought.
