Captain of the West Indies Cricket Team Brian Lara has openly declared that adding Clive Lloyd to the management team has tremendously boosted the cricketers morale. Lara said the cricketers were very excited to have the two time world cup wining Captain on board as he had tremendous knowledge to share with the young players. The former captain who now heads the West Indies Board Cricket Committee joined the team in India where they are playing for the Biennial Champions Trophy
