Jamaicas Tourism industry will be benefiting from the opening of a new jet centre in the Donald Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay. The jet centre will target upscale high income visitors, offering them the facility to land their private jets at the airport, with further access to in-house customs and immigration services, lounge accommodations, a private meeting room, high-speed internet service and covered access to ground transportation. Slated for a mid December opening, the new jet centre forms part of a broader infrastructure development plan at the Donald Sangster airport. Further plans include the construction of a five star mini-terminal and the recent installation of 17 passenger boarding bridges.
