TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO 'S PRIME Minister Patrick Manning is playing with cards close to his chest in relation to the date for the upcoming general election. At the opening of an area office in his San Fernando East Constituency recently, Manning said he was not yet ready to play trump. After pelting some hard punches at his opponents, Manning clearly stated he will not be lured in calling election, until the time is right.
