Cricket Classics style will meet Twenty20 power in the Grenada National Stadium in October as organisers, Grenada Board of Tourism and Grenada Sports Ltd, join forces with Stanford 20/20 to bring cricket fans the Antigua Pro Team, who will take on Grenada's talented young Twenty20 side in an exhilarating match on Saturday October 6.
These new plans bring an additional attraction to the ever popular Classics Clash between some of the greatest names from past England and West Indies Test Match sides - playing this year in a new format, Twenty20 Match Series. There will be more action on Sunday too, when Grenada plays Trinidad and Tobago, followed by the Classics decider to round off a weekend of unforgettable cricket for fans of all ages. |
