I live in Washington, DC and they have this thing called a dipper. A dipper is when they take a blunt and dip it in embalming fluid or laces it with PCP (also known as angel dust). When people smoke this they go crazy, the smallest man would gain the strength of Samson, and it is impossible to control him. I personally witnessed a man high off a dipper. He was so crazy that he was but naked fighting with a tree! Bare knuckles (and naked) in the street punching, kicking and cursing at the tree. The police just waited till he tired himself out before they approached him, and took him to the psych ward of the local community hospital. Even thought the herb is a plant that is naturally good for you, the few who take it and abuse it in this way, is one of the reasons why some governments come down hard on the herb.
